Property Detail Report - This allows you to see all information datatree tracks on the property including prior SOLD history, ownership information, GPS Coordinates, and more.
Document Image - This allows you to download any image of any document recorded at the county. This is particularly helpful for finding vesting deeds.
Property Characteristics Export - This is an Excel export of all the data needed for your mail merge. It includes all the property and owner information for a particular property. You will need to download all this data for each property you choose to mail and this will be used for each direct mail campaign.
